UK Delivery Information
A flat fee for postage and packaging of £5.50 applies to all UK orders that are £40.00 and under, with the exception of made to order bouquets.
Postage and packaging are free when you spend £40.00 or over, with the exception of our made to order bouquets. Our standard method of shipping is by Royal Mail or by courier.
You can also select the Click and Collect service option from the menu at checkout and shipping will not be charged.
Bouquets are bespoke and will be shipped by courier with delivery charged according to size and weight – please contact us to order.
We endeavour to dispatch orders within 24 hours after the order has been placed. You will receive an email when your order is shipped or available for collection (through the Click and Collect service).
As a general guideline, UK customers will typically receive their orders in 2-4 working days, European customers in 5-10 working days and the rest of the world in 7-12 working days. Of course, deliveries may take longer during busy periods, such as Christmas and Bank Holidays, so please be patient at those times.
Stitch and Knit will notify you if postage to your chosen destination is significantly higher than the postage rate indicated because of the destination, the bulk or weight of the order being shipped. We will email you with the shipping costs and information and will only ship when you confirm that the shipping cost is acceptable. This also applies to the shipping of our Bouquets which are bespoke and require special packaging.
UK shipping Services and times
Standard Service : You should receive your order in approximately 2 to 4 working days. We aim to process and pack all received orders on the next business day, except for Saturday (orders received after 6.00pm from Friday – Sunday will be processed on the following Monday). Orders will be shipped either the same day they are packed, or at the latest by the next working day.
Priority Service : We aim to dispatch the same business day (Monday to Friday) for orders received before 9.00am, and the next business day for orders received after 9.00am. Orders are shipped using Royal Mail First Class or a similar service provided by a courier (e.g. UPS), subject to the availability of the service and/or size of the order.
If things go wrong…
If you order is not received in the expected time, please allow 15 working days before contacting us – this is the period defined by Royal Mail before they will allow a claim for non-delivery.
Overseas shipping
Shipping costs to destinations outside of the UK will depend on the size and weight of the packaged order and the destination country. Please contact us to place an order and we will advise shipping costs for your goods. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to some countries.

Exceptions to our Service on all deliveries
For exceptional orders which are unusually large and/or heavy, (over 2kg) our delivery charges may differ. If this is the case one of our sales team will contact you before your order is finalised.
Stock
If your item is not in stock but is expected shortly, we will back order for you. One of our sales team will contact you to advice the expected delivery date to our store.
